This privacy policy is in respect of the app knowns as 'Location Log' (the 'App') availble on the iOS App Store.

The App was built with privacy strongly in mind, and was designed with the intention to give the developer (and any third parties for that matter) as little information as practically possible with respect to the user and their private data.

As such, the Developer will only have access to crash, general usage, and analytical data that the App Store may provide to developers by default.

The user's location history is not stored outside of the user's own device, save for any personal backup services that the user chooses to make (which of course should only be accessible to the user themselves), or through the user choosing to export the data from the device using the 'Data Export' feature.

Because the Developer does not have access to a user's name, location history, or any other personalised data, then the Developer obviously cannot share user information with any third parties.

The Developer does not use tracking cookies within the App, and does not provide adverts, and as such no personalised ad-tracking or cross-app tracking is used.

The Developer accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or integrity of any data produced or shown by the App in any way.

The Developer maintains the right to amend this Proacy Policy from time to time in the future, and any changes will be reflected on this Privacy Policy page.
